Our 3 bedroom - 3-bathroom luxury oceanfront unit is well maintained and spacious, with 2000 square feet. You’ll enjoy large and well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 king suites and 1 queen suite, with private bathrooms. Our home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children in roll-away beds.
The Malibu is centrally located on 13 miles of hard packed sand so you can walk, job and bike ride for miles with ease. You can also chill and recharge with big ocean views and memorable sunrises and sunsets. We are also one mile south of Flagler Avenue on the drive beach, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

If you need/want a secure building in a great location with an extremely well maintained condo, this is the one. Perfect setup for my family.
It was a week get away for my husband and I, really nice and comfortable condo in a great location. The owners did a great job of orienting us to the condo and explaining where things were and how they worked, very much appreciated. Everything worked with all the expected utensils and kitchenware we needed for our stay. We only missed having a Kuerig coffee maker, just easier and what we are used to.
After my initial payment to reserve the property posted I started receiving emails from the owners requesting information on myself and anyone planing to accompany me during my stay. The owners demanded to know the names and ages of my wife and kids since we all planed to stay in their condo, everyone’s travel accommodations, why we even chose to vacation at NSB, where we planned to eat and visit during our stay, and if we anticipated any visitors. After a dozen or so emails I assume the owners were satisfied with the answers because the emails finally stopped coming. About 2 weeks before our arrival I started receiving emails again with more instructions and questions. The owner Dave insisted on a phone call when we were a hour away so he could prepare for the required phone call tour of his condominium. After a 7 hour drive the last thing I wanted to do is sit on the phone with someone while they explain how to turn on a smart tv or where the light switches were or how to operate a front loading washing machine. Their condo rules and regulations were laminated and posted everywhere. My vacation was great but fielding all the demands from the owners of this property was intrusive and exhausting. After 32+ emails just to rent a place on VRBO was not worth it. If you are looking for rest and relaxation on your vacation then I would never stay here. I wish I could give this experience a rating of zero stars because that’s what it truly deserves.
I have rented through VRBO for the past 15 years. This is the most beautiful, well cared for condo I have stayed in. The owners definitely take pride in their property and our stay couldn’t have been better. Nobody wanted to leave. If you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful ocean views look no further. Will definitely stay again.
This is a very nice, spacious condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. It is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location and its proximity to everything in New Smyrna. The condo itself provided all that we needed from cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, etc. We brought our own beach items but it was nice to know they were available if we needed them. The owners were very informative and helpful from pre-check in to check out.
What a beautiful condo! It is well appointed and spacious. You will not regret staying in this home. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the deck which is directly on the beach. The location is perfect for a short drive to both Canal and Flagler streets. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely return!

This was an amazing experience. Condo is exactly as described and more. Super spacious, clean, up to date, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners, just as amazing. From booking to checking out they made sure our stay was perfect. Even a phone call shortly after arriving just to make sure check-in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. If you're staying in New Smyrna stop looking, this is the place to be.
