Stayed Jun 10, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Egret, The view from the front window is gorgeous of the ocean and sunset each night. We were fortunate that for most of the stay no one else was around us in the other units, so it was very quiet. We liked the layout, the kitchen was great for cooking and the air conditioning was amazing With separate AC controls in the living room and each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked well. If we were in Poipu, we would stay here again! It was affordable for the area and a short walk to Poipu beach.

Stayed Mar 22, 2026The location is fabulous- just a short walk from Poipu beach. The unit was clean, comfortable; the kitchen was fully-stocked for preparing any meal- next time we will definitely plan to cook there! The view from the lanai at any time of day is amazing- we even saw whales from there! Communication was fast and professional. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time and hope to get back, soon!

Stayed Feb 17, 2026The host was very communicative and kind. They checked in on us a lot. The location of the home was perfect as well. The home was clean and comfortable. However, we did notice some dirt coming from the AC filter that would land on our bed daily while using the air. The filter most likely just needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026The place was beautiful. We could drink coffee on the back patio while looking at the ocean. It within easy walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. The host did great at communicating and making sure that our stay was perfect. They even gave us a heads up about a tsunami test that was going to occur. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025The property was clean and the basics were there for us. The kitchen materials were a little sparse, no measuring cups or spoons for preparing food, minimal dishes, we ended up buying paper plates to compensate. We loved the view from the back lanai and that it was shaded until about 2 pm which was a nice cool break from the beach to eat our lunch. We actually ate most of our meals there as we did not enjoy sitting on the tall and rather dangerous kitchen bar stools. We would have preferred a tiny table with 2 chairs. The master bedroom could use a more comfortable bed as that is certainly where you spend the most time indoors while visiting Kauai. We like most guests were gone to the beach or participating in other activities during the daytime. We were gone all day

Stayed Apr 18, 2024The location of this property was perfect, giving us easy access to Poipu Beach (and shops/restaurants), as well as the west, east, and north sides of the island. Everything was as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the beach supplies and comfortable beds. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Simple, clean, just what we expected and needed. Check in was easy. Great communication prior to leaving and upon arrival/throughout stay. Very close (under 5 min) walk to beaches and restaurant. We appreciated all the loaner gear- beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. House was well stocked. We had a great holiday!
