Inside this fantastic 2-bedroom condo, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family meals or cooking the day's fresh catch. A standard coffee pot and a Keurigis available for those slow mornings. In the living room, you will find a smart TV and a Nintendo Switch for your use. The condo features two bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and an attached master bath for your comfort. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for the little ones, and also includes a Smart TV. The complex offers a fantastic pool area, convenient parking, and easy access to the Gulf.

Winter Getaway: Reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum 60-day stay. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. Maximum of 2 parking passes.
Linens are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
