Make the best memories with family and friends in the heart of Panama City Beach

Clean unit with comfortable beds. Needs some maintenance but owner acknowledged he was doing those soon. Perfect location with restaurants and activities close by. We were there for a dance competition at the resort so being able to easily walk to the convention center each day was amazing! My kids loved the pools and being able to walk to the beach. We also all loved watching the turtles in the lagoon behind the condo. Would stay here again!

I had an amazing time. It was a short vacation but my rime there was a blessing. I would recommend this property to everyone. Sitting on the balcony early morning and watch the turtles was an awesome sight to see I would definitely come back to visit ..

We stayed a week for a dance competition at the conference center. Easy walk to the center and easy walk to the beach. Villa is nicely renovated, and complex is quiet. Was nice to come home to after long days. Owner is very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

My family and I LOVED our stay at Steven’s golf villa/condo at the Edgewater Resort in Panama City Beach. The condo was spacious, clean as well as well maintained and furnished. We had eight in our party yet we were all able to comfortably sleep, eat, relax and enjoy our time in our home away from home. The turtles that resided in the pond right outside of the condo were a hit with the kids as well! Last but not least, Steven was an amazing host…very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City!

Will for sure stay with this condo again. Last minute booking and well worth it!

Convenient location on PCB with access to the beach. 2nd floor unit overlooking golf course. No issues with noisy neighbors and overall enjoyed our stay. Ducks and turtles seen daily. Unit is older but has some remodeled rooms. Linens were clean but found some pans and kitchen items that needed to be washed before first use. Shower had some mildew that could have been cleaned much better. Has a washer and dryer which worked well. No issues with check in. Facility is secured with gate/guard.

The property was ok.

We stayed here during a softball tournament for my daughters team. All of our team booked in Edgewater and we chose to stay on the golf side instead of towers. I’m glad I did. This side of the resort is so much more quiet. People at the Tower side are partying all night but this side is more families. Immediately when we walked in we noticed the turtles and ducks in the pond behind the villa and it provided us with hours of entertainment watching them! The villa was clean and the owner was very responsive. I messaged a couple times and he responded almost immediately each time. There was some construction happening with the stairs on our side but it was done during reasonable hours. I would stay here again next year if we choose this tournament in PCB again. Checkout cleaning requirements are reasonable. Good parking.
