Stayed Aug 13, 2025Condo was very clean. Nice location with a short walk to the beach. Great view of the bay. Only suggestions would be to add a Keurig & to the replace queen mattress.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Such a great stay! We were there for an event at the convention center so we were able to walk there every day. It’s also in walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the building was nice and quiet.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Nice quiet section of OC but close to everything too! We were pleasantly surprised by the fishing pier next to the condo, behind the convention center. We fished at the OC pier at the inlet but it was nice to just walk over next door! Teens enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard tables each night, and Rita’s custard and ice a few doors down. About a 7 minute walk to the beach across the street. 45th street Taphouse was a few doors down and has great happy hour specials- wings and soft pretzels were hits.
