The unit was very spacious and located within walking distance to souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and close to beach access. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating and excellent ocean views. The management company was respondent and accommodating. Highly recommend this location. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will be back. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very nice. Only a short drive to anything you want to do. This was my grandsons first time to the beach. He is 4 and loved everything about it.

Only downside is bedroom ceiling fan made a loud humming sound.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole place was in need of a thorough clean. Bedding was stained and while sheets have been washed, the comforters clearly have not in a long time. Pillows smell of mildew. Sheets are torn. Carpet is crunchy. Baseboards have a thick coat of grime in many areas. Hair and wads of toothpaste from former guests in bathrooms. The location is amazing. View is amazing. But I didn’t want to touch anything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve used 3D rentals in May 2024 so we didn’t hesitate to use them again. We were willing to look past the broken patio handle and even the mold on the bathroom ceiling. We even considered extending our stay. However, when I stripped the bed for check out o discovered that the mattress cover was covered in stains from both body fluids and blood stains. It was gross. When I reached to 3D they simply replied thanks for letting us know so we can take care of it. We rent units about 8-16 weeks a year in Destin but will not be using 3D rentals any longer.

The beds were comfortable and having beach chairs and toys in the unit was super convenient. This one also has great patio furniture. I would definitely rent this one again.
