The first thing you will fall in love with is the amazing private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides the perfect place to prepare a beach picnic and the living room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that allow for plenty ofnatural light. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom. In the hallway, you will find twin size bunk beds, perfect for kids! There is also another full bath, washer and dryer in the unit. The living room sleeper sofa can sleep additional guests.

At Majestic Sun beach resort you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, and more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort and is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
