Majestic Sun 302B - Gulf View, Heated Community Pool, Gym, Complete Renovation!

We loved our stay this year at 302B. It was perfectly decorated! Ocean Reef managed it great! They made check in and check out so easy.

Our group consisted of three HS seniors, two moms and tag along sibling twelve yr olds. #GirlsTrip EVERYTHING you need within 1.5 miles!! Coffee shops, Starbucks 1.3 miles! Chick-fil-A 1.3 miles! Outlet mall 1.3 miles! Dunkin! Add in all the souvenir shops, ice cream shops, beach front restaurants, pools, hot tub, gym, beach across the street! This is a walkers dream. We even walked to mass at Resurrection Catholic Church. There is an upscale mall within a 10 min. drive. The condo was clean. You can easily keep an eye on teenagers at the pool from the balcony, it’s a double edge sword though. When you have all the drunks in the hot tub directly below you and they are being loud it’s a nuisance. It was spring break and I was practicing patience, but after an hour and fifteen minutes of the music and loud noise I called security. Not sure how security allows it to get to that point. I was a little disappointed when I did not receive any notification emails regarding codes etc. prior to our trip. Out of concern I called three days prior. I was told I did not sign the contract. I asked why they didn’t reach out and let me know. They said they would’ve sent a reminder email. I had not received any correspondence. I gave them a different email and was able to sign the contract and promptly received the email with all our check in info. A phone call/text would have been nice letting me know the contract had not been. Would absolutely stay here again! Great family vacation!

The biggest opportunity for improvement was with the sofa sleeper. The bed was missing support springs so our children did not like sleeping on it and would not sleep on it after one night. The King mattress was lumpy as well but we were still able to sleep well. Everything else was great. Great view, great amenities, great communication from property management. Overall my family and I had a good stay.

Very nice condo, well taken care of. Beautiful view. Within walking distance of the beach & multiple restaurants. We would stay here again.

THE CHECK IN AND ATTENTION FROM PROPERT MANAGEMENT WAS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST COMPLETELY RUINED OUR FIRST DAY THERE. STILL WAITING ON MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME. THE CONDO HAD NO TOWELS AND ONLY TWO BRACELETS FOR AMENITIES AND I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THE FRONT DESK CLEARLY STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OF ANYTHING WITH THIS REALTOR. WE WERE UNABLE TO ENJOY ANY OF THE AMMENITIES BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE COULD GO. THERE WAS THREE TOWELS FOR EVERYONE TO USE. NO BEACH TOWEL CHAIRS NOTHING. THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE WAS POOR. WE ALSO WERE WOKEN UP ON THE LAST DAY BY TWO MAINTNENCE MEN ABOUT A LEAK WITHOUT ANY NOTICE THEY JUST WALKED IN THE UNIT AND INTO THE MASTER BATH.

We had a great stay! The condo was updated and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials (pots, pans, bowls, utensils) and some spices. The view was spectacular and visible from all the main areas. We traveled over spring break and the pool area was a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected. We turned on some white noise and drowned it out. We will definitely return!
