Itvwas perfect place bext to the beach and all! So i would recommend this place and i would come back and stay! I gave 4 stars because there was a little weird smell and one of the bathroom fossit was dripping leaked i guess but im sure they will see it and fix it. Its clean but my clean expectations ih high because im ocd nut to me it was clean enough so ill be back for sure!! :) enjoyed it and my kids as well!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good stuff: The location can't be beat. It's steps from the private beach and the view is gorgeous. We loved being able to walk back and forth easily to the water, and the kids spent each day going from beach to pool and back. We didn't have to haul all our belongings down to the water, since we were so close. Parking is very accessible. Elevators were nice and operated quickly. The couch and chairs in the living room are comfy, and the kids had no complaints about the beds.The not-so-good: This particular condo was pretty bad. Our prior stay in another building two years ago was great, and our friends stayed in a nice condo in the same building. Unfortunately, this one needs some TLC. There was a sewage smell emanating from the bathroom off the primary bedroom, and it grew stronger over the course of the week. We called two days into our stay to report it and were told they'd submit a ticket. Nobody ever came. It got so bad that we couldn't use that bathroom (which somewhat defeats paying for a two-bathroom condo). There was some kind of drain fly infestation in that bathroom as well - smallish black flies everywhere. Everything was older and worn. The screens on the balcony had huge rips, the curtains were filthy, the cookware was flaking huge chunks of nonstick coating off. The washing machine quit working repeatedly and left patches of liquid detergent on everything. The dryer definitely didn't dry. The bed in the primary bedroom was so broken down, we kept rolling into the middle. Their website gives zero information, and other sites listed items in the condo that weren't there, like a hairdryer. Getting a hold of anybody knowledgeable is virtually impossible - emails went unanswered and phone calls resulted in being told incorrect information, so I had to call repeatedly. For what we paid and the location, everything except the smell was tolerable. Most of it was minor annoyances & the place was clean-looking on arrival. Have moderate

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. When we checked in, there was a load of damp, mildewed towels in the washer. The floors were so dirty my socks were brown. The rugs in the entry hall were a tripping hazard, especially with wheeled luggage. The drapes had a large stain and were not attached to the curtain rod for about a foot. At the many rentals we have stayed at, items such as salt and pepper, coffee, and other cooking necessities would have been provided. And items such as hair dryers were almost always present. These items are expected for the price we paid for the condo. There also were no curtains in the master bedroom. Not all people wake up with the sun to go the beach. The furniture and the saggy master bed need to be upgraded. And I don't know if this is the responsibility of the property management company, but the late check-in and early check-out would lead one to believe there was a thorough cleaning of the condo. Plus, the inconvenient times of the late check-in made for a frantic process of getting our luggage and items into the condo to make it on time for our opening event. As well, the early check-out made for an early and hectic morning to leave on time. In closing, I would be greatly surprised if the owners of the condo have spent time there in the last year. If they had, they would have noticed the above items. I hope they do improve on them for the next occupants ASAP.
