Stayed Apr 1, 2023Overall pleased with the condo. Great location with easy access to the beach. Our only concern was the kitchen was bare minimumly stocked and frying pans are in dire need of replacing.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023The bedding was stained, the couches are grimy with aged wear and tear, walls/ceilings/flooring are very dirty looking. The property is as shown and described but you do not get a good feel for how worn out the unit really is until you are in it. On a positive note, you get a great view from the balcony and it's great to have access to the beach chairs.

The view of the Emerald Coast can’t be beat from the balcony! We had all of the amenities we needed to cook for and feed our three teens, saving a lot of money. There’s a grocery store not far away which came in handy. Several restaurants are close by and a great coffee shop just down the road. We will definitely be back!
