Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year, my family and or my wife and I attend florida in June or July. This year it was our wedding anniversary, we always have fun and enjoy life to the fullest. Overall the condo was fine, it wasnt great. A few things for future guests; as soon as you walk in the room there is a smell, the couch I believe had stains all over it,and had a little smell.The curtains had stains all over it, and in the bathroom there was pink gunk all over the rails. The condo it self is a good space for wife and husban to relax. We had a blast! Just some recommendation since we did pay of 2600 for a week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room has a great view and is in the perfect location but was not in the condition that I was hoping it would be for the price. The shower had hair stuck on the wall and sand in the bathtub. The bedspread was discolored. I attempted to contact Customer Service twice but was unable to reach them and there was never anyone at the desk the entire time we were there.

Stayed Aug 13, 2021The location is perfect as you are in walking distance right outside the condo building and restaurants. The checkin process was little tricky as we had to contact the office couple time to know which building, the address of the location, where/when we can access the room, etc, especially with no property manager or representative onsite. The property was pretty clean. I would stay again just for the location
