Stayed Jul 8, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beachfront property with a great view, but it fails when it comes to how dated this room was. Everything in this condominium needed updates. All the beds sunk in the middle, the furniture was from the 80’s old, the refrigerator would not stay shut because the rubber was falling off therefore it didn’t get cold or freeze things. No ice maker. The view is great but I am not sure if it is worth it with how dated the room is. The photo is an illusion. For them to make so much money, this room should NOT be this dated. My aunt found someone else underwear in her sheets. The pictures will prove my point. There are other rooms that you can have a great view and up to date furniture and appliances. No reason for this.

Stayed May 25, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. The view is amazing. Very grateful for the amount and towels and linens provided.With that being said, this unit needs major TLC. The entire thing needs to be updated. There were chips in the wall, stains on the mirrors, the entire doorway frame to the master was coming off.The furniture is terrible, especially the beds. 3 of the 4 beds are broken. The mattresses are awful. The king mattress in the front of the condo was so bad 2 of our family members left 2 days early because they could not get a decent night sleep. The throw pillows on the couches have stains. The carpets are very stained and need to be replaced or deep cleaned. The tile floor was no clean. Our kids feet were filthy when walking barefooted in the condo.We love Destin and Seascape was a nice property, the location of the condo is great. But this specific unit needs a lot of work.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I book at Majestic at least twice a year and this the first time I ever rented a unit and was not satisfied with the up keep. Furniture was old and worn out. One of the sofas had plywood underneath the pillows. Pull out sofa was nasty. So it couldn't be used. Carpet looked like it hasn't been clean or changed in a while. Walls and vents was marked up looked like mold around the vents.

The view was beautiful and location was great. There were a few improvements that could have made our stay better: blankets for every room-there was only an extremely thin blanket on each bed(more like a sheet) and only 1 extra threadbare blanket for the whole condo.Updated furniture and decor- not a huge deal, but furniture is getting very shabby and beat up/falling apartOther than that it was a great stay!
