Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 6th floor was a great location with a beautiful view. Overall, the condo needed major cleaning and updating. Both restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mold on the back of the master bathroom door and the walls were gross. Extra blankets in the master closet were dirty and old. In the2nd bedroom the tv box looked like it had never been dusted. When you turn the master shower on it sound like an airplane about to take off. Hot water ran out fast. We did enjoy our stay and made the best of it, but I personally would not want to stay in this room again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall good stay. There are ocean views but its across the road so there isnt nuch relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There is traffic 24/7- often loud with honking and music. This didnt interrupt our sleep but we love just sitting on the balcony which wasnt a highlight of this trip. The listing shows ammenities like ball courts and grills but they are so far away. Like unrelaistically far away to grill. If you have a golf cart the courts arent so bad but Idk anyone who would want to nake that hike with a tray of burgers. The beach was lovely as always and its close to restaurants and grocery. Condo filled our needs

Towels & bedding very clean. Dishwasher needs work - kind of rusty & hard to slide baskets in & out.
