Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, condo was clean, but outdated furniture and appliances. Bed was hard, but we made it work with our own pillows, sheets, and comforters. We always stay at Seascape because of the location and it is what we are used to. Front desk/reservations was kind and helpful. We will stay again at Majestic Sun on our next Destin trip.

Reviewer Comments: Miramar Beach is stunning and the location of this rental was brilliant for the music festival we were attending on the resort grounds. We just wish the condition of the condo were even halfway as impressive. The couch and throw pillows had heavy body odors from previous guests, the handle on the microwave was broken and ready to fall off, the appliance bulb over the stove was burnt out, the quality of the kitchen utensils while functional was extremely cheap and very limited, the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the shower in the hallway bathroom shower didn't drain properly and needed to be cleaned and mopped-up after each use. The overall impression we got was that the owners put zero to minimal care into the quality and condition of the contents of the condo, but enjoy the benefits of knowing that it will be rented in a highly otherwise desirable area.
