Majestic I #2302 | Incredible Interior!

Don’t get me wrong, Southern Vacations are awesome, no complaints with them at all.The unit we rented was not quite what we expected. We’ve rented via y’all before at the Majestic and our previous rental was amazing, this one not so much. This unit was not as clean as we’ve had in the past, but we appreciated lots of towels/wash cloths.We love the PCB area as well as the Majestic Beach Towers, and were extremely grateful for the view from this top floor unit.

Parking fee was never mentioned anywhere in advertising of this place. This is illegal. We never have had this kind of unpleasant experience with other rental platforms.

Beautiful view!! Needed maintenance a couple times, and they were very timely efficient!! Loved the large couch!!! Did re-cleam some dishes but otherwise everything was stocked thankful for the mini cleaning supplies!!

It was a amazing staying in this place because it is equipped with everything that we need!

This condo was booked for our family of 7 for a 1 week stay. The first thing I noticed is that the liners on the shelves in the pantry were dirty with a film on them. The toaster was not working the morning after we arrived and we had toast planned for breakfast that day without a backup plan. The drain in one of the bedrooms (queen bedroom) wouldn’t drain on arrival (this was fixed the next day) and the shower door is off the tracks on the bottom and swings inward knocking everything off the side of the tub, the filter is broke in the dryer therefore it jams, so it is hard to clean between loads, the mattresses are not comfortable, couches need to be updated, master bath has ceiling peeling above the shower and mold in the bottom where you have to stand. The washing machine is really gross with what looks like black mold growing inside. I really did not want to wash my clothes in it. We didn’t have enough washcloths the first day so had to go buy some…guest services did end up bringing extra eventually but we had already purchased some in order for everyone to shower. Also, it’s important to mention that being on the 23rd floor and the fact that you can’t park on the entry floor of parking deck, it takes about 15 minutes just to get to your car from the condo. The positives of this trip—pillows were comfortable, the balcony furniture was very nice and sturdy, elevators are fast, excellent view of the beach, water pressure was great, plenty of space.

Loved the view on 23rd floor. I was worried about elevators based on other reviews but they were very fast with no issues.

The property and location were great. However when we pulled up to unload we were immediately told we couldn’t and had to go to some 3rd floor area. And I called 2 hours ahead to let them know we would be there early and they say our condo is ready. When we get there we can’t get in. Very irritating way to start our vacation. Having to find some area to unload and standing outside our condo for 15 minutes waiting for them to unlock our code. Also they didn’t supply little things like laundry soap etc. I’ve spent less on a place and they had complimentary coffee, laundry soap, etc. Our welcome email stated they would only supply 24 hours of toilet paper, paper towels. Seems very money pinching. Check in time is 4 and check out is 9. Check in 3 and checkout 11 or so has always been the norm.

Property was good overall but the room was not in the best shape. The couch was worn and the top of one of the footstools was broken. If two people tried to shower at the same time the water would cut off and on. The washer was moldy and the dryer had to be run multiple times to get things dry. The door to the closet for the washer and dryer was broken. The knobs on the cabinet had screws that stuck out 2 inches and hit the glasses and plates in the cabinets and kept the doors from closing. There were no pot holders. The location was good and the beach was clean and easy to access. The pool side bar and grill had excellent food and good service. The multiple pools were nice and well maintained.
