Majestic 2BR 2BA with Breathtaking Views in Tower 2!!

Beach view was great. Enjoyed the balcony. Clean condo - no hair dryer or extra toilet paper. Great location and enjoyed the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful time to relax and reset.

After driving 15 hours to get there I had to mop the entire condo due to my one year-old baby crawling on the floor while we were trying to unpack her legs and ankles and hands were black. The floor was so dirty. The guest bathroom tub does not drain while taking a shower. The dishwasher was broken. Doing dishes all week on my vacation did not make me happy at all. I contacted guest services via email and no one ever responded. About the accessories. Other than that the location was perfect! Elevators great! Loading and unloading process was easy! Cleanliness is very important I won’t stay here again due to the uncleanliness.

Overall we were happy with our stay. It would’ve been nice to have more cookware to work with. Couldn’t find a spatula - the blender didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work either and we had to restart the dryer multiple times to completely dry our clothes. We are pretty minimalistic people though so it didn’t ruin our stay. We had a great time!!

Great location, great place

Only one person could have a quick hot shower, lamps in the living room didn’t work, porch light didn’t work, ceiling fan in master didn’t work, broken kitchen chair lodged in closet. Had to have someone come and fix master TV. Slider doors in master closet broken.

We loved the location and the amenities. The unit had everything we needed. More attention could be paid to the cleaning e.g., baseboards dirty and items left under the stove. It took a few emails and messages to get the link to the parking pass. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

This was our third visit to Majestic Beach Resort. We especially enjoy all the amenities. It is an excellent value.

Location was perfect. Condo needs furniture updated. Sofa wasn't big enough for two people to set on. Only other places to set was the kitchen chairs or bar stools. Guest bedroom was suppose to have a tv. There wasn't a tv. Dry took 5 hours to dry a small load of towls. Overall a vacation was perfect . C

A big plus for the location of the hotel. The ocean is nearby. The view is incredible

The list is so long of things that made the stay terrible. However mainly it was the cleanliness- or lack there of, broken furniture, tiny rooms with oversized beds, and no living room furniture to sit on. When traveling with a family all items above are important along with so much more that was horrible. I would never recommend this unit and I have never experienced anything this bad.

My only complaint is the parking. The 3rd floor is “owner only” parking. In my opinion it makes sense to me that the owners parking spot come with the booking. There were a couple times we had left to eat and came back with absolutely zero parking spaces. Other than that I have no complaints. The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean!

The property was wonderful. The only problem we had was that the cushions for the back of the couch were missing and we were unable to sit together in the living area. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Well there was not potholders to use while cooking my pizza.The batteries we dead in the remotes, A couple of the chairs in the kitchen had stains on them. Only one chair on the balcony had a burn hole in it. Couch in living was out dated when you set it for bed mode you could not sit on it was broken.Other than that it was still nice to be there.

The only wrinkle & things I would have liked to see fixed was the tub in the main bathroom had issues draining when showering. Water would get ankle deep. The left side door in front of the washer/dryer was off the hinges and made it impossible to close. The dryer itself took forever to dry even small loads. Just a few tweaks but ABSOLUTELY not anything I would consider major problems. I would recommend this condo to friends/family. Locations, pool options and all the friendly employees sealed the deal here. Thank you for a great week!! DW
