THE UNIT:

Gorgeous luxury condo with over 2,100 sqft under air plus an additional 350 sqft sunset balcony AND a 150 sqft Oceanview balcony. The largest balconies in all of Daytona Beach.

This is a well known & well established gorgeous Oceanview condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium.

As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling and into the living room which boasts a gorgeous dining room table. To your right is the living room which features a gorgeous movie theater stir sectional sofa overlooking look a large wall mounted smart tv as well as direct balcony access through the living room sliding glass door.

On the opposite side of the living room is the entrance to the highly touted gourmet chefs kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of cooking amenities.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a jetted garden tub.

The guest bedroom includes two double beds, a smart tv, private access to the full bathroom, and private balcony access.

The balcony is a huge 350 sqft balcony that has magnificent views of the sunset while being able to see the ocean as well. No only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better!

OCEAN VISTAS AMENITIES:

Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.

Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna

Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.

Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.

Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.

The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.

Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.


***** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE *****

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts aim their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major oops without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

Is not available. (if the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for after hours arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING:
~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.
~ NO THIRD VEHICLES.
~ NO TRAILERS.
~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.

PETS:
No pets.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

    Everything was great. The host responded promptly when we had an issue and provided an easy fix. The unit was missing some basics like enough trash bags and dishwasher soap, but perhaps that is normal for these types of rentals.

    This is a very nice condo with nice amenities. My boys loved the heated pool and the video game nook! However, this condo was very dirty and could use a deep cleaning. Our crawling baby had black feet, hands, and knees within 5 minutes of being there and needed constant cleaning. We went to Walmart to purchase slippers so that our feet wouldn’t constantly be black. I came very close to asking management to have the floors mopped, but I didn’t want to be a pain in the butt. We sucked it up and just used baby wipes to keep the baby clean. I would also urge the owners to replace the patio furniture. The chairs on the smaller balcony are falling apart and the cushions on the larger balcony are torn and ripped.

    Wonderful Condo with a lot of free amenities, such as free beach equipment, free parking, pool, hot tub, and even a gas fire pit. Kitchen is fully equipped to do any amount of cooking. Lucas was great with communication, and extremely friendly.

    Great condo and amazing people, who took care of us having a great experience from the moment we booked the place. The place is big, with the 2 bedrooms separated by the kitchen and living, making fir great privacy. The building has a salt heated pool that made swimming a joy. We're definitely coming back to this condo.

    This was a wonderful property! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was spacious, kitchen was very well stocked with amenities and very clean. We plan on rebooking for next year. Would highly recommend.
