Stayed Dec 31, 1969My Husband and I have been renting at Shipp's Landing for 12 years. We have stayed in Phase One and love the views here. This is our first time staying in this condo and I consider it the best location and the most comfortable, The accomodations are terrific and the owners are great to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
