My husband and I spent a long weekend at this beautiful updated property on Orange Beach. It was as nice as the pictures indicated and meticulously clean. Great location and close to wonderful restaurants and markets. Communication with the property management was timely and very helpful. Tammy who was attending the security gate was most helpful and very friendly. A great asset to the property.

This was one of my favorite condos we’ve stayed in. It was so nicely renovated and the decor was absolutely beautiful. We felt so at home and didn’t want to leave!

When stripping the bed in the master bedroom (which is something that shouldn't even be asked to do for the price of this unit) it was discovered that the mattress covering had a grotesque blood stain!!! Totally disgusted to think that all week we were sleeping on someone else's blood stain!!!! I took a picture if you'd like to see it! Also, please be more realistic when providing paper products to your unit. There were 6 people staying and the condo was only supplied with 1 almost used up roll of tissue for the master bath and 1 roll for the guest bath and 1 used roll of paper towels for the kitchen. There wasn't even a pot scrubber for washing dishes....REALLY!!!!! Hotels even supply your paper product needs for a fraction of the cost of this unit. For the quality and price of this unit....this really speaks volumes to how cheap this makes you all look! I know the paper thing sounds trivial but geez people at least supply whole rolls of paper products!!! On a more positive note the views from the balcony were amazing. The kitchen was well stacked with cooking and serving utensils and dishes. The master bath was amazing! The pools and grounds were well groomed and very clean. The condo was very spacious, and our family was quite comfortable. Thanks for an enjoyable stay....minus the blood stained stuff!!! YUCK!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Management and maintenance are thorough and helpful at checkin. Beach was not crowded and a short level ramp ( no stairs) to access. We could use our own chairs/ umbrellas and there were setups you could rent. The location was excellent! Would stay here again!

Clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items that you need. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Our only issue was the dryer was broken, Sea Chase allowed us to use a dryer on the same floor so we did not have to go without. We will be staying here again very soon.

We wish it had some basics like salt and olive oil for our cooking. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We loved the corner condo with all of the windows and magnificent views of the ocean! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! We would definitely choose this condo again!!

Overall thoroughly pleased with the condo and facilities. Definitely going to book again. Just longer next time!!
