Stayed Apr 5, 2025With access to the beach, and the sunset restaurant downstairs you may never need to leave. If you do leave, the covered parking was very nice to keep your car cool. Easy drive to anywhere on Marco island.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Excellent rental. Had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Sunset view was spectacular! Staff was very nice. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would have given a 10/10 if not for the painting and renovations going on. The owner Dave was very accommodating and responsive. Would rent again.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Condo was as described. Came with a lot of amenities. Great view! Condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked (nothing major but needs a good dusting, found a cup under the bed, rug in living room did not look like it had been vacuumed) but not a dealbreaker.

Stayed Oct 23, 2021Sliding door was really hard to get open And the place had a weird smell to it. Very weird smell but very noticeable mattress was old too. Very concaved. Like swallowed you up. Beautiful view though!
