Magnificent Award Winning Newly Renovated Condo Near Disney 2+2 Great Amenities

The neighbors upstairs were a little noisy. Not much you can do about it. Other than that We had everything we needed for a short trip to Orlando. Just a note the bathtub is extremely slippery, the kitchen sink is leaking and the interior doors could probably be wiped down.

It was far enough away from all of the madness of Disney while still being a short drive to all the attractions. My only suggestion would be to provide guests with a map showing alternate routes to avoid travel on I-4.

The hosts were very communicative, maintenance helpful and responsive. The location was excellent: quick and easy 25 minutes to Disney, despite consistent construction traffic. Publix supermarket was practically around the block, as were restaurants, pharmacies, takeout, pizza, etc. The unit was clean and spacious, with no odors. I noticed baby amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair available in closet. The thoughtful hosts generously provided two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a very well equipped kitchen with toaster, Instapot, coffee maker, blender, small dish soap, etc. We didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that, but the attached cafe offered convenient pizza for eat-in or takeout.

The place was great and suited our needs perfectly.

We had a great stay. Good location. The accommodations were clean and welcoming.

Safe area, private, beautiful pool area

The condo is clean and spacious. But it is in an old complex and the unit is a bit run down. The noise from neighbors were bothersome early morning and late night. More towels, washcloths, dish towels are needed. The condo has the bare minimum for guest, nothing that makes you feel welcome. Communicate with owner was slow.

Amazing location and host and property manager were very attentive before and during the stay. Only recommendation is to have the cleaning company do a more detailed job and to have more supplies even if trial size for dish soap and trash bags and salt and pepper, etc. Would definitely stay again

This condo was located in a neighbourhood right down the street from a grocery store, a bunch of restaurants, right off the highway from Disney, Universal, Dinosaur World, you name it! I will say that depending on who stays above you (we think the guests changed halfway through our stay), the footsteps can be quite loud, but other than that, absolutely no issues. The hosts were responsive and helpful! Very clean and a nice place to stay!

A good location for theme park visits. Clean and owner communicated every detail that we would need to enjoy our stay.

Stuffy musty smell, could’ve been a little cleaner. Living room furniture was little dirty and Dryer did not dry our clothes. Other than that our stay was ok

My daughter and I stayed here and went to Disney World. the property was as advertised and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice n roomy. Close to the front of the property. Many stores n restaurants within 5 mins of condo. My only issue was the door lock keypad. We would stay again if in that area for vacation

Dirty floors,, drawers, dishes, glasses, cutlery and upholstery. Poor selection and condition of older pots and pans, baking sheets. Microwave and oven had splattered food and pizza dripping from wire shelves.and glass. Cracked flooring and bathroom tiles. We had to do a major clean before our 3 week stay. Very disappointing!Verizon reception non existent in unit and spotty elsewhere on property. We had to rely on WIFI. Very noisy upstairs neighbors and water closet flush sounds. Older appliances needing attention. Comfortable king bed, other twin mattresses very small and a bit uncomfortable. Not enough blankets, towels, or dish towels provided..Pool area nice. Overall property ok. Would consider another updated unit because the location of property was good for us… definitely NOT this unit!

Perfect location; close to Omni Resort Golf and not far from Disney World, Epcot, etc. Gated community; excellent location.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This beautiful condo was perfect for our little family!

Apartment little worn in the kitchen. One draw was broken and the coffe machine didn’t work unless pressing down on top. The key pad to open door was difficult. Everything else comfortable. Pool was nice.

This stay was perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured and went smoothly. We were at Disney all day, but the beds were great for recovering from the long days!

We loved the condo and the location. The only problem was not having cable tv. Our family enjoyed the parks during the daytime, but we love to also enjoy tv together for our bonding time. Not having cable for watching sports was a big problem for us., otherwise, the visit was great.

We had a great time with our small family and dog. Mark was a wonderful host!
