This was our 4th year staying in Marco Island and this property was by far our favorite. The location to the beach and walking distances to restaurants and entertainment was great for us. The property was clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We had a problem with a toilet and it was fixed in less than 2 hours, great customer service. Working with Marco Island Vacation Properties has been outstanding.

The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed Marco being a little less busy in the fall. Daily walks on the beach, lounging and swimming in the heated pool was want we wanted and it was perfect. Walked to a number good of restaurants and delis and felt safe. People on Marco and at Southseas were friendly and accommodating. Had a TV issue but Property Management responded very quickly to resolve the issue. Check-in and check-out was quick & easy.

Im ganzen Haus waren die Renovationsarbeiten auf allen Etagen etwas bemühend, jedoch bot die Hausverwaltung immer einen schnellen Service bei Problemen wie Warmwasser oder Internet. Nach dem Hurrican Ian war Marco Island, die Beste Wahl als Feriendestination in Südwest Florida.

Loved it all. Condo, location in bldg, view from that level, and handy to laundry and elevator. Someone in bldg kept reporting that we were smoking in our unit and that was not true and very annoying and embarrassing. We would love to ever be able to rent that space again.

This is a beautiful condo with fantastic views and one of best appointed condos in which we have ever stayed. Our only exception to our fantastic stay was the elevator noise and trash chute noise. I eventually downloaded a white noise app and learned to sleep with it on. Thank you for a wonderfilMarco vacation!
