Great experience and only a short drive away from shops and restaurants. The rental place was the perfect size for six people. Pull out couch was great for me, but my husband felt the bar underneath mattress. All around though, great place.

The location and price were fantastic. The kitchen was nicely stocked. I loved the fact that the condo provided nice beach towels! The only thing I would recommend is having the condo painted as the walls are super dirty and a bit gross in certain spots.

The Beach was beautiful (despite Tropical Storm Gordon). The Resort is in a ok location, you’ll have to drive to get to any food. We have been coming to this area for nearly 30 years. It’s always perfect and always beautiful. I’ve had many experiences with VRBO through the years but this is the first one that I was completely unhappy with. The online rental showed rate and after, after I was done with the rental transaction the price was $50 more a night. That’s a big difference (8 nights). I contacted VRBO and they told me it wasn’t their issue it was through ResortQuest, even though I rented on the VRBO site. Resort quest told me it was not their problem but it was VRBO. So I got the runaround and no one was able to fix the issue. Even the one rep said she could clearly see the price indicated was not what was charged. I’m not sure I will continue working through VRBO. I like the convenience but I do not care for the customer service. I rated them very poor. Just be sure you check and make sure you’re getting the price quoted.

We have stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove a handful of times, and overall this is one of our favorite condo properties on 30A. The location is wonderful - close to Seaside and the Hub and Rosemary, but situated directly on the beach in a great stretch that has room to spread out and not a lot of steps! This condo specifically was just great - really roomy for a family of 4, and an absolutely wonderful view!! Everything was cleaned and well stocked. Absolutely no complaints.

We love Dunes of Seagrove but probably would choose a different unit (we've stayed in others). Top floor, nice view, big balcony, but furniture is dark, heavy, and outdated - not what you'd expect in a beach place. Sofas seem old and we found them uncomfortable. Very small TV for the room if that matters to you. Kitchen not equipped as well as it should be; the only non-stick skillet was quite nasty. Not relative to this unit, but there were a lot of very young, unsupervised kids at pool and hot tub.

We had a few issues with this condo. First, we were unable to wash clothes in washing machine due to permanent black mold. The maintenance guy could not even get it out. Second, both bathrooms smelled like urine all week long. The 2nd bathroom was especially smelly and we had to close it off from the kids bedroom & the rest of the condo. Once again the maintenance crew sprayed something and I attempted to clean it myself with Clorox and Lysol. Nothing took away the smell. 3rd, the bedding in both rooms was old, stained, and had holes in it. Also, the key lock was broken and we had a visit early one morning from the pest control company wanting to come inside and do something in our kitchen. It's a shame as this condo has a great view of the pool, gulf, and tennis court. The kitchen and living area are nice. However, the other issues ruined our stay. We had friends in two different units and they were much cleaner. This unit was subpar in the areas mentioned above, and I am surprised the condo association has not forced the owner to fix them. The management company tried to help us and offered to move us, but all other units were booked that week. I would not stay here again.

Loved our stay; the mostly sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the sparkling emerald waters was a highlight. Beach access was easy as was parking. We wish the condo were better equipped for cooking and dining in. Bike rental place was close and definitely the way to get around. We needed bedding for the sleeper sofa (which was not especially comfortable), but the office got it to us as soon as we figured out to ask for it. Overall, I recommend it!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo over Labor Day weekend 2015. The condo complex is located right on the beach, and there are beautiful views of the Gulf from the living room and the balcony. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Our two boys loved the bunk beds - nobody wanted to stay in the second bedroom! The condo was also very quiet, and we all slept well. We ordered bikes for our stay from a company recommended by the owners, and they were delivered to the condo. We had as much fun riding our bikes down 30a as we did playing on the beach!
