Stayed Apr 4, 2022Loved the layout of the unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The pools were well situated within a short walk. The cell service is poor because of the closeness to the mountain. No problem with internet or texting.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026The host was minimally accommodating. Learned from different employees. This unit had multiple issues. Host way of trying to appease us was to send a Maintenance Man who ordered parts for when we were gone. Asked for the refund of our deposit and was totally blown off. Even reached out to the owner, who was very pleasant and said she would contact the host. And nothing would not recommend California vacation villas to my worst enemy.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024As a family with teens, we found this property to meet all expectations. Located in a gated community in La Quinta, there is an excellent gym, multiple pools and a snack bar on the property. Tennis is available for a fee next door, and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by. The condo villa is as described and shown in photos. It was clean, spacious, well maintained, up to date and bright. The owners/managers were readily available and responsive to questions. Made for a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Good location and development. Lots of pool and hot tubs. Grounds are well kept. Inside the unit, was clean and very functionable. However, it could use some touch up or updates but it was also reflected in the price. So overall very happy with our stay.
