You will have access to the entire condo except for the supply closet. The Resort features an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, kids pool, restaurant, free WiFi, fitness center, and unassigned heated underground parking, all accessible by Airbnb guests.

We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

The property is located along a main commercial corridor of Canmore and only a few minutes walk to Elevation Place (climbing gym + aquatic center); grocery stores; The Blake Restaurant (asian fusion); Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. (a local favourite); The new Shops at Canmore; and much more!

Two designated underground parking stalls are available for guest use. Additional vehicles can drop guests/luggage off at the front of the complex but will need to park on-street or visitor stalls in the parkade (first come, first serve).

As described above, many of the amenities are within walking distance to the unit, and there is also convenient transit and taxi options available.

- The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7ft.

-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware, it does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-The hot tub is serviced every Monday between 9AM - 5PM.

-The hot tub draining and cleaning is scheduled every 3rd Sunday of the month. After the service, the hot tub will be available for use on the following day.

-The hot tub undergoes a thorough cleaning and treatment every Tuesday between 9AM-5PM, and is drained and refilled monthly.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No external music, parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: Please contact us before booking to confirm the building’s Bylaws and documentation.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

    Perfect for our group of 4 Moms and 4 teenagers. The kids stayed together in the bunk room and we had lots of space for the adults. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was so nice to have for our group only. Highly recommend.

    This property was perfect for our two families, me and my two kids (11 & 13) stayed upstairs, my sister, her husband, and three small kids stayed on the main level. The place was huge, the beds were comfortable, very well-appointed kitchen (we ate in most days), kids had tons of Fun at the waterslide/pool. The building is getting older but the suite itself was lovely. Would def stay again, great value for what we paid.

    The building and location were fine. There were a few problems: Minor problem two of the pans would not work on the induction stove top. The Rock pans don’t have enough steel on the bottom of them to make good magnetic contact and wouldn’t heat. The dishwasher didn’t clean the items on the bottom rack. I cleaned the filter it didn’t help. I don’t think the bottom spray bar is rotating. The wifi was working fine Netflix etc were all available but we couldn’t get cable to work. The Boxes said “no IP”. Despite a few messages about this and a phone call …nothing. We felt we were being ignored. The condition of the sectional in the living room area was very poor.     This property is outstanding. The attention to detail means that everything imaginable that you might need is on hand. Incidentals that you might assume would not be there are, huge quantity of kitchen utensils is amazing. Electrical appliances are all high quality.Correspondence with host was easy and fast.The complex has great facilities, pool, water slide, hot tub, gym and great restaurant. Canmore is an active town and it was very easy to keep our group of 11 busy fo 10 days while we were there. Highly recommend

    We asked our adult kids where would they like to go with us for our 50th anniversary. They said, Canadian Rockies. We used this as home base for Banff and Lake Louise as well as Yoho National. We found the unit every thing promised with spectacular views. We found Canmore most enjoyable and not as busy as Banff. The owners were delightful to work with and extremely responsive. We would stay here again.

    Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed condo. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great kitchen/dining space for large groups such as our family group of 12. Ample instructions provided. Comfortable sitting areas with magnificent mountain views. Big bonus having a private rooftop hot tub, patio furniture and again, a spectacular view. Highly recommend.
