Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main things this place has going for it are the location and the views. Place was clean, but East facing windows were dirty, so it took away from that view. Here are the negatives, dryer never worked, so I had to hang my clothes dry, there was a smell that can be best described as body odor that emanated from vertical blinds and made the whole place smell, showers were very small, there were noises throughout the night, most were from outside, but there were a lot from the unit, there was no place to lounge, the couch and chairs were uncomfortable and didn't seem that clean, main bedroom had two beds on a large platform, i.e., you can't walk in between them, vent above the stove was useless, and the fridge was outdated and its exterior was not very clean nor pleasant to look at. If you have money to burn, easily impressed by a view and not very particular, this place is perfect for you. The property manager was nice enough, but some of these issues are inherent to the unit and there's not much he can do, unless the owner over halls the whole place. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

Overall a wonderful stay. My family and I had 6 week stay. We enjoyed having a magnificent ocean view from our lanai everyday. This penthouse unit was definitely clean, well equipped, well managed and safe. We had a beautiful swimming pool, a spacious parking spot, polite neighbors, a convenient location, kind condo staffs, a well connected management company and etc.

I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room. Pool is also great!!!
