While this isn't the Belagio, you aren't paying Belagio prices. The property is older, but very clean. The elevators are being worked on as others have pointed out, but they had 1 working the whole time we were there and it was very nice. Location - what can you say... it's excellent - we could see the Belagio fountains from our window - easy walk to most of the spots. Owner was great to deal with, text, email, etc - responded quickly and was no BS. Thanks Kevin. Again - for the $, this can't be beat.
