Luxury townhome with bay views - pools, gym & private beaches - central AC

Home is very well furnished all around (kitchen, garage (beach amenities), furniture, smart tvs). No complaints and close proximity to pool/beach is great. Minor service needed here and there which is expected for beach house (ex: slow drains in most used shower).

We spent 4th of July week here with family who were staying in another house down the street. Everyone loved the location, house, and amenities. This is a fabulous place for family get together. We are already talking about making this an annual event. I have a few recommendations to make the stay better. Parking is a problem if you have oversized vehicles. They offer street parking - termed clamshell parking - but you need a pass. There were more than 25 people waiting for a pass in front of me! It was not clearly stated that you need to or should make a reservation early for them. A couple of minor things need to be fixed. No water in the outside shower and the front door would not lock. But these issues did not put a damper on a wonderful week.

Residence was well appointed. Very spacious and can tell a lot of care was put into the decorating.

Everything was great except broken washer, dishwasher and microwave. I would stay again if these items function.

The townhouse is beautiful. The owners did a great with all the extras. We definitely want to stay here again.

We happened upon this home after our original stay canceled on us. What started as a bummer turned into, a really happy surprise. The home was absolutely beautiful, updated, and perfectly decorated. It was exactly what you would want for a high-end comfortable vacation. We had more than enough space for our family. The house is less than a block from the pool, bay beach, and tiki bar, and a block from the Sunset Island market cafe. It’s also centrally located in OC. We love this space and love the quiet beautiful setting of Sunset Island. We want to come back and rent this space every year! Thank you!

I LOVED THE DECOR. I LOVED THE EASY ACCESS TO THE BOAT DOCK, THE BEACH, THE POOL, ACCESS TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. THE HOUSE IS EXTREMELY BEAUTIRUL WITH ALL THE AMENITIES OF A HOME. THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL ITEMS AND PICUTRES THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. GREAT OPEM SPACE, OUTSIDE DECKS ON EACH LEVEL. SUPERB!

Beautifullt decorated home, walking distance to ocean, stores, restaurants. House needs attention. Refrigerator needs replaced, alarm system needed reset for constant beeping. Vacasa responsive to repair needs. Community pool beautiful but staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Property was in very good condition. Owners pride showed throughout. Convenient access to the pool, beach, and Island’s Tiki Beach Bar. Only issues were: outside shower did not work and property management did not address after several inquiries.

This place had me at “bidet.” Ha! Seriously, we’ve come to SI for 7 years and this is the most beautiful place we’ve rented. Impeccable. It has everything you need, plus beach chairs, beach bikes, beach wagons, tents, toys…they’ve thought of everything. We will be renting this one again, definitely.
