Stayed Jan 14, 2021We enjoyed our stay at the Lowell. The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not have water to 2 of the showers upon arrival. It took management 24 to respond. Then once they were able to restore water, there was no hot water. We did not have use of 2 showers for the majority of our trip. Very disappointing. While clearly not ideal and the responsiveness of the management was lacking, I would consider staying at the Lowell again, however not in this unit.
