The spacious living area features soaring 28-foot ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and large windows that fill the condo with natural light. The chef-inspired kitchen offers brand-new appliances, ample cookware, and a large dining table with seating for eight, making it perfect for family meals and entertaining. Guests will also appreciate thoughtful touches like blackout shades, premium linens, ceiling fans, Roku-enabled TVs, board games, and a dedicated workspace in the primary suite. Step onto the private deck to enjoy mountain views and outdoor grilling while taking in the fresh alpine air.

Guests enjoy access to the nearby Columbine Pool and hot tubs, located approximately a three-minute walk from the condo along a wooded path. The Columbine Pool is open from opening day of ski season through Labor Day and includes indoor facilities and changing rooms. The building also features heated underground parking, elevator access, and laundry facilities on every floor for added convenience.

    Beautiful condo to call home for our week in Breckenridge. Easy walk to town and the lifts. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted and it was a short walk to the hot tubs to enjoy a soak after a day of skiing.

    Living in the Denver area, we typically do day trips to Breck, but decided to make a longer stay this trip. I was looking for a property within walking distance to lifts and also downtown, and this one was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size for our family of 3. We loved sitting by the fireplace each evening apre ski, and enjoyed a dinner as well as breakfast in, due to the well equipped kitchen. We also had the option to walk to many great restaurants and shops and we did that as well. The garage was also so appreciated as we got a lot of snow during our stay. And the elevator was handy for hauling all of our gear. We had such a great time enjoying Breck for a few days that we are planning to make this an annual long weekend. We would definitely stay in this exact spot again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

    My family stayed here and loved the personal touches the owner put on it from the books, the decor and especially the snacks! We will stay here again and highly recommend this place. The lift was a short walk.

    Great location, walking distance to Quicksilver chair. Property is pretty accurately reflected in the photos. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrading but everything works fine. TV operating instructions would have been helpful. Good WiFi.

    True ski in ski out. Quicksilver lift is a 1-2 minute walk. Also within walking distance to Main Street. Nice welcome bag of snacks from host was a nice touch

    We drove into a heated garage and took the elevator to the 4th floor. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hosts left a large canvas bag overflowing with amazing snack, unexpected but very much appreciated!!! 5 minute walk to the lift and town, great location.

    The location is great for walking to/from the slopes, quicksilver lift, and town. Having access to the parking garage was awesome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The only negative would be the walk/access to the jacuzzi/pool.
