Stayed Dec 26, 2025Unit was clean with nice features (washer/dryer, fans, kitchen, fold-out couch, GREAT pool/fishing dock, short walk across the street to beach). Location was a little too far from town to walk but a short drive or Uber away. WiFi (and its related TV service) never worked (but was credited), master bedroom hot water did not have much water pressure and took a long time warm up, and initial provided condo complex access gate code was incorrect but later remedied. Without the execution hickups a 4- star rating. With the execution hickups a 3 star.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Absolutely perfect in every way imaginable . Condo had everything you need, and open concept made it feel much bigger inside. The private beach was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty places to eat, and cool tiki bars close by. Best Christmas we've had in years Thank you!!!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We have attended Palm Bay Club for many years, we really enjoy the property and amentites. This was the first time staying at a condo not managed by their staff which had pros and cons. Pros: The home was well equipped with beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing rods, umbrella and chairs. We had all we needed. Cons: the location is right on Main road, which was loud and noisy. The main gate and side gate is right there, so lots of banging and foot traffic front porch listed is a common area.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Love Siesta Key and Palm Bay club. The listing pictures made us feel we were right next to the pool however it was in the middle of everything and worked out just fine. Beach attendants for the chairs were nice and quick and it was overall a great week. Nice to have beach towels available and beach equipment if necessary.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024**Title: Great Location with a Few Minor Issues** **Review:** We recently stayed at this corner unit and had a pleasant experience overall. The unit has been newly renovated and is within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. It was great to have sand/beach items available for use, which made our beach trips even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants nearby, both within walking and short driving distance. However, there were a few drawbacks. As a downstairs unit, we could hear the tenants upstairs walking, which was a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, the shower heads had not been cleaned, and one of the beds in the second room had sand in the sheets, suggesting they had not been changed prior to our arrival. With in-unit washer and dryer, we were able to remedy the sheet situation. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and amenities provided. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this unit would be an excellent choice for a beach getaway.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I were at the Palm Bay club for 6 days and one advantage of this location is the proximity to the private beach however we have a very noisy people in the apartment above and the last two nights we couldn’t rest at night. Also since Saturday morning I started to receive emails asking the leaving time on Sunday. We leased before with this company and our experience was stellar but now I am considering to look for a different option. Lore
