Luxury Seaside Villa - Preferred Building 1 - Pools are Open

This condo was overall OK, I stayed four nights and it had everything I needed to cook my meals. It was relatively clean and comfortable and great access to the beach. Negatives are the area around the condo needs updating. It felt run down and old and I was concerned my condo would be the same but it’s just the outside. I had one problem with the hosts giving me an hour notice before a realtor would come and show the condo. I felt like my privacy was compromised and was uncomfortable with people walking around with my belongings there. I was in the middle of a ceremony and couldn’t leave to “clean” up my things. I can’t imagine anyone would want strangers walking around their belongings before getting a chance to pack up. I hope the hosts are more considerate next time so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. The owners provided lots of nice amenities in the condo. The only thing inside the condo that was an issue was the very strong fragrance in the laundry detergent in the sheets and towels. I’m very allergic to perfume and these made me break out and itch the entire stay. Outside of the condo, there was a lot of construction noise each morning that woke us up. The construction was understandable though, because the building needs a lot of repair and seemed rundown. Also, there are many restaurants nearby that are closed down. The beach access is awesome but dining options are very limited.

Our condo was great. I loved it was so close to beach. But need to fix gate that was closest to our room to enter beach.

Our unit was very nice and the hosts were excellent. The overall exterior property complex and surrounding areas we're not the best, but we're adequate. There was very easy access to a private beach which is nice. Many of the other tenants in the complex would smoke marijuana and the scent of marijuana was always in the air nearby.

Building doesn't look too good but condo is nice

Overall we had a great time. Definitely will be back. Location was great. Covered parking was a plus. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. There is renovations going on during the week so it's a little busy. The only thing was the elevator not working at the time. So we had to carry our things up the hot stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived right after a huge storm, and I was impressed with how quick the facility cleaned up all of the tree damage from the storm. Great access to the beach!!

We had a wonderful time her and the location was perfect! Close to the aquarium and other fun locations!

Very clean home! Enjoyed our stay, it has a great view of the beach and the hosts are very responsive. I do wish they had a rug by the back door to help stop the sand that comes in from the patio. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The property overall is needed of repairs. The bbq place is located at the far end of the property making anyone in building 1 to far to utilize The balcony had some black stuff on the railing The unit needs to be exterminated bathroom had bugs come out at night. Elevator is in bad shape sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Guest should not be charged for a gate card If property was in total good condition it might have been worth it. As for myself I would never rent it again

Very affordable And perfectly situated by the beach Great location

The condo is fun and right on the beach. The bedroom was a tight squeeze but its manageable.
