Luxury Riverfront spacious Condo in Perfect Location near Tanger Outlets

Perfect!

We where so pleased with our stay. From checking in to checking out everything was as it's stated. The condo is beautiful decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the balconyand the fireplace that added a cozy finish to our evenings while watching movies.

Perfect location to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We were able to cook, do laundry, rest and enjoy sunrise on enclosed balcony. Tons to do and plenty of restaurants.

First stop for a couple days on our vacation. Easy access, quiet and perfect! Hosts were great and responsive. Will book again next time around.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect! I’ve never said away from home and got a great nights rest but we both did here! The mattress was great. The owners were quick to answer my questions & their hospitality was great!

This was the best of both worlds. Close to activities but not in the middle of chaotic traffic of a tourist town. It was quiet and well maintained.

The condo was very nice. The bathroom was exceptional, especially the big jacuzzi tub . Yes, you can see the river passing and ducks were in the back for your entertainment, but the land was not accessible to you. And being on the fourth floor, you can also see Wal-Mart in the distance and many buildings but did enjoy looking at the river.

Owner is always quick to respond to any concerns. The location can't be beat and it is a nice quiet place to stay.

This placed wowed me when I stepped in the room. Very clean and great location to everything. It is very well taken care of. View is amazing as well. Going to book for next year already.

We have stayed in condos in this building owned by the same owner. This one was not as nice as the others. The coffee pot filter had not been emptied, and it was molded. The shower head was extremely lose, and there was a smoke smell. The elevator also had a very strong odor

I was very pleased about the upkeep of the condo. Nice touch with the electric fireplace. The outside of the complex could use some work. Concrete up to our room very dirty and stained. Elevator smelledxluk fish and dirty. I was worried until we walked in our unit. Was a game changer when we walked inside. Location was perfect!

Nice clean kitchen

This 1br condo was perfect for our stay. It’s in a smaller complex, so less traffic and no parking issues. Very nicely furnished- we would definitely stay here again! The owner had great communication as well.

Clean condo in an awesome location. Just off the beaten path but could not hear the traffic on Parkway. Great communication from host. Bed, shower and tub were all super. Looking forward to staying here again! Would highly recommend.
