Luxury Remodel Downtown Condo Across from Yampa River CANNOT BEAT THE LOCATION!

This condo was in a great location, perfect parking spot right in front and very clean. I would definitely suggest this rental to any of my friends.

The property was in excellent condition in a great location. Mother nature didnt bring us enough snow, but we still had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

Nice condo. Plenty of room. On the first floor so if you don’t like hearing noise above you possibly think about a 2nd floor unit. One of the bedrooms the cable box went out the last two nights and the TV wasn’t a smart TV so no TV in that room. No phone number given for communication with owner. All communication with owner had to be done through VRBO app which usually took a while for a response.

Nice unit. Great location convenient to all of downtown. A bit noisy at times because it is downtown. Host great communicator. Bathtub needs deglazing carpets need cleaning.

Great location and modern condo perfect for a weekend getaway. My only complaint is the noisy radiator pipes and the upstairs neighbors. Overall, everything was amazing and highly recommend.

Was a great location for those of us who didn't ski. The ski bus was so convenient.

We have been to steamboat multiple times and just loved this property! The unit was very clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. Communication with the owner was easy. You can’t beat the location with it located right downtown by all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Plus it’s a quick drive to the mountain. Highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing time at the condo! The bus stop to the ski resort was a short walk. Restaurants, shops and the trail along the river were also within walking distance. We hardly needed our car.

This location was absolutely awesome, and the condo itself was extremely comfortable And had everything that you would ever need. Would highly recommend it!! The owner is very communicative.

We have stayed in Okd Towne se4veral times for the proximity to downtown. First time at this condo. Gave it 4 stars despite excellent cleanliness and ample supplies for two reasons. One - fireplace did not work so lost that ambiance. Two - upstairs nerighbors sounded like they wore their ski boots all day and night and stomped back and forth constantly. Other than rhat, we would stay again any time.

Just what we were looking for. Perfect location to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Very convienent assigned parking spot right out the front door. Unit is very tastefully furnished with up to date appliances. Best of all was the lack of hysterical instructions on every counter so common these days. Just a great place to stay and unwind.

Great location for walking to restaurants and walking path along the river

This property could not have been better! We were there for our daughter’s wedding reception at Aurum so the location was incredible. Yampa is the center of summer fun and we loved having the farmers market right there. More importantly though, the property itself was outstanding in every way. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were sizable and modern. Absolutely ideal all the way around. And of course that parking spot was priceless on a busy summer weekend downtown. We will definitely try and stay there when we’re in town next!!

Nice downtown location with easy access to dining and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished. It can be noisy in the mornings if you like to sleep in. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Very nice 2 BR on first level. Across from the Yampa river and less than a block from the main dining and shopping area.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Farmers Market was right out the front door, lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance and Gondola was a short drive.
