1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

    Loved the high ceilings, and wonderful light. The amenities at the resort were great, as was the staff. Very friendly. You have a great view from your windows, but getting to the slopes, was farther away than I thought and usually involved two elevators. We used the indoor-outdoor pool, the activity room, the ski locker for our boots, and the ski check service. The ski locker and check ski made getting around a bit easier, but still a bit of a walk through the resort. Beds were comfortable, nice thick towels, nice hot tub, and we all appreciated the extra hooks in the bedrooms. If you decide to recycle, there are recycle bins in the garage. Take the closest elevator to floor G and then follow the signs. Wonderful signs through out the resort. We enjoyed our stay.

    The condo unit is in a great location for the ski hill and the ski school. It was so convenient, you just walk out, use the ski valet, and find the school at the base. No shuttle is necessary which is awesome. The complex is obviously old and they pieced together the skiing amenities so it is a little annoying because the lockers are very small and on a different floor than the exit and the ski valet area. But despite that it was such a great location it didn't really matter. The unit has been nicely renovated. One thing I would note is the windows do not have covering over the entire window in the primary bedrooms. Not a big deal, but the one we used (with bathtub) overlooks the Pendry hotel which leaves lights on all night. They shine in the room and it seems like it's the morning when it's really 3am. I would encourage the owners to consider covering all the windows for better darkness at night.

    This remodeled penthouse 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The private hot tub on balcony was an added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs. On site market very convenient to buy few items we needed for last day. The communication with management company was exemplary, and The Westgate Staff was very accommodating regarding Christmas tree disposal, crib drop-off and pick-up, any assistance we needed. Highly recommend The Sneaux Shack!
