I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful! Spacious for our 7 people even in the living area which is usually the issue and near to everything. The condo was updated and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The patio seating is so cozy - I loved that space and hung out there daily.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waterstar is very nice. We have stayed there twice now. Concerns -carpet tiles dirty, DREYER broken...was finally fixed. Had to have towels and tissue delivered. For the price we won’t use againUnrelated to Waterstar. Seaside is completely out of control. Massive crowds, food quality declining, and in general a lack of order.

Reviewer Comments: Space/ Beds were nice but the cleanliness of the floors & bathrooms weren't so much.. had to have shoes on or your feet turned black. Stains on carpet and there was a dirty wash cloth still in the shower from the previous stay.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Can't beat the location. Spacious property with three outdoor balcony areas. We spread out with our teenagers and their friends. The property managers were responsive and always got right back to us.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very comfortable and spacious, with a location that can’t be beat. 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to any of the pools. A/C worked great which was super important in the middle of July. The home is in need of some TLC, as we encountered several issues. While not “showstoppers”, in aggregate they were pretty annoying. Problems included many burned out light bulbs, or very low watt bulbs, light fixtures that did not work, shower faucets that didn’t work properly, toilets that ran after being flushed, and a few other minor issues. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The staff was super nice and communicative.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023Property is conveniently located. The overall place was good. But the lighting in the bathroom is awful. The master shower took forever to get hot water. This place could use some TLC to fix many maintenance issues. If your arriving in the dark do your research cause it is not marked well and was very hard to locate.
