Luxury Oceanfront Condo at Splash - FREE Beach Service,Wifi, NO Checkin required

We liked that both of the bedrooms had king sized beds (the website said the 2nd bed was a queen) and that the master bath was very large. Overall, nice furniture and very clean. We did not like it that the disposal was clogged and not working and the guest bath tub was clogged. Also, the fridge was leaking water at the bottom due to ice buildup inside. However, I texted the owner and the maintenance guys came asap to fix the clogs. The fridge just stayed like that and we put a towel in the floor to soak up the water leak.

Property was as described! Was clean and perfect for our family! We will definitely be back!

My family has stayed in this condo for 4 years in a row and it just gets better! Beds are very comfortable and the resort is amazing! The view of the Gulf from the 17th floor balcony is absolutely beautiful. The splash pad, lazy river, and swimming pools are clean and fun. We love this place!

Great place for families with smaller children. The amenities are great! We just had a few concerns with the dishwasher not cleaning properly, mold on the vents, and only 1 elevator for 21 floors. The booking and check in process were very easy. The owners were kind and helpful. They responded quickly.

This unit was just as described. It is well maintained and clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Excellent communication with host.

The pool area and beach were great. The room was nice and also clean. Needs more dresser/closet space in the master bedroom but other than that it was great. The only complaint I would have is the elevator situation in the building. Having only 2 elevators for a building that size is a mistake on the designer's part.

We recently stayed at the Splash Resort and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We enjoyed the condo and loved the view as well! You really don’t even need to leave the resort as they have most of what you need and DoorDash can bring you all the seafood you want and/or groceries you need!

My family and I were very pleased with the Splash resort. The unit was the perfect size for my family of 6. The kids loved the splash pads and the lazy river. The beach was very clean and chairs that were provided were comfortable and set up early every morning. We would definitely come again.

We love staying at splash for our family spring break! It is a family friendly resort with a lazy river and heated pools. We love the pool bar food and getting ice cream at Coco Locos. The unit was wonderful! Lots of space. Very clean! It’s on the 17th floor. We will definitely be back!

The condo was so beautiful and clean upon check-in! We had a small issue with the plumbing in the master bathroom shortly after check-in, but I messaged Pinaki on the VRBO app and he was super quick to respond. He had someone there to look at the issue that evening and then had someone come back and fix the issue a day later. We loved this condo at Splash Resort, (clean, well stocked, beautiful views), and Pinaki is a great host! I definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and comfortable stay.

We always enjoy our stay at Splash. It’s an excellent resort with clean pools and safe environment. This condo was better priced than the last unit we stayed which is great in this economy but it was lacking n other areas. Although minor and not part of the package, this unit lacked the home feel such as spices, coffee filters, spatula, etc. Those items are clearly not a deal breaker but somewhat inconvenient. The owner was polite and responsive to questions. The unit was clean and located right off elevator so easy access. Thank you for sharing your unit with my family☺️
