Stayed Oct 8, 2025Our overall rating of the property is 5 stars! Communication with the owner, check-in, location, parking and overall experience was Excellent! However, we rated the cleaniless of the property 4 stars. The floors had not been swept or mopped. We understand its the beach, sand gets everywhere. But as soon as we arrived, took off ourshoes, our feet were dirty. It was like the cleaners forgot to clean the floors. Other than that everything was great!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The condo was roomy, clean and the perfect location on the boardwalk, overlooking the ocean and just steps away from the beach. It was great to have a pool also just steps away. We got to see the effects of hurricane Erin from the balcony as the water came all the way up to the sea wall.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023The location was perfect. The condo was spacious and had just enough rooms for the entire family. However, it was not clean when we got there. There was sand and food all over the floor and a cockroach in the bathroom.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Downtown location is great,condemn was more than large enough for 7 people. Bedrooms are nice but we had to get sleep mask because of the location very bright at night. The bedrooms are not dark at night .
