Stayed Oct 4, 2025We've been staying at North Coast village annually, sometimes twice a year, since 2017. This is by far the nicest condo that we have stayed in. Well stocked, very clean, nice linens on bed, no musty smell like some of the units. So close to beach and so easy to get to you beach. It's also nice that you can unload on the street and bring things in via the back patio rather than lugging it around the building. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025My husband and I wanted to relax by the beach for our vacation in Oceanside and Jim‘s place was a perfect place to just that. . Restaurants all around and the unit was clean and inviting. Jim was an amazing host and checked on us after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We plan to return next summer!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025I’ve been staying at North Coast Village for over 2 decades and I think this is my favorite condo. I’m a chef, and the kitchen here I spacious, open, and perfect for my family to come dine nightly. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, sharp knives, large fridge (with plenty of ice!). Pros: Private bathroom, comfy bed, beach chairs, patio table, great stereo, such a close walk to the beach, great comms with owner, nice warm lighting, parking close to door for easy load in/out, couch bed, and everything aboveCons: being on the corner is a bit noisy ( keep windows shut ), back door is tricky and easy to get stuck. Will stay here over and over again!

Stayed May 23, 2025The space was clean and comfortable. Love that this unit has been remodeled and the kitchen is great (some kitchens are so tight and small in this community). Bed was comfy. Loved that we were able to just use the back door and walk everywhere. So close to the beach for lots of random beach walks. The only problem was the plumbing - the toilet kept running and the pipes made loud noises. I let the owner know and he communicated with me. Hopefully they get it fixed for many future visits.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024We have rented 8 different units in NCV over the past 15 years. This is our favorite. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The unit is nicely decorated, LR has comfortable seating and the bed is very comfortable. Just a couple things to be aware of. The unit backs onto a road which creates some noise. This was not a problem for us since it was late December and we kept the windows shut. Secondly, it has a bathtub/shower which may be a challenge for elderly or those with mobility difficulties. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to come back.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024This was our first trip to CA. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for everything from access to the beach to sight seeing options. The weather was perfect as well. Highly recommend and will certainly consider staying here again in our next visit.
