This condominium is in the quaint Northern Minnesota city of Crosslake. The condo looks out over the sparkling clean waters of the lake for which the town is named. There is a beautiful westerly view over the water from the patio. This condo is part of Sundance Ridge.
There is a marina and also a private sandy beach for swimming or having campfires. There is a firepit and ample wood is available in the vast woods on the south of the property that also serve as a bountiful forest of privacy and wonder. We have a Pontoon Boat available!
Sundance Ridge is on the main street that goes through the city of Crosslake and a wide paved path that stretches for miles for walkers, bikers, and joggers. This path can take you to shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, miniature golf, and many other local amenities, or it can take you into the beautiful lakes area woods and trails.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool and hot tub were hits, the location ideal for visiting local places, and the setup was great.
Everything was excellent excellent except we found the kitchen to be a bit under stocked. For example, no salt and pepper or pump soap. We, too, are property owners and leave all basics in hopes that people will replace what they use.
This was our first time staying at the Sundance property but not our first time to Cross Lake. Location! Location! Location! Loved the beach, indoor pool and hot tub. Sunsets from our unit were amazing! Rented a pontoon here also which worked out so nice. This property is awesome for all ages! The play ground, beach, and indoor pool were big hits with my 3 year old granddaughter! We can't wait to go back!
Sundance Ridge provides you and your party with all of the amenities of a resort, including a pool, hot-tub, fitness room and sauna within the beautiful Whitefish Chain region. We chose this property due to it's proximity to the lake, snowmobile trail (adjacent to the parking lot!) and several popular restaurants including Half Moon Bay and Zorbaz. The layout of the units is ideal for multiple families or those like ours with adult kids as there are three separate areas and bathrooms. The kitchen and common areas are very well equipped and everything is exceptionally clean. Stuart and his team are very professional and responsive. This ad features unit 840 - we were placed in another unit 837-with a different configuration which was not quite as open on the main level as I ideally wanted but kept the same number of bedrooms etc. so be aware this may be a possibility when renting here.
Upon arrival we discovered condo assigned to us was not available. It was owned by a live-in resident who had this rental issue happening several times before. On site crew took care of situation. Rest of week was a great time for much needed change of pace.
