We loved this property. The views were amazing. It feels like new. The staff is helpful and attentive. The pool, workout room, grilling area, and fire pits are all relatively new and were in great shape. The parking is easy and convenient. The starter kit is just that. Plan to bring or buy all the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful family vacation spot! While it was very close to the strip, it was so nice to be in a quiet spot with great views. The pictures absolutely matched in person. This condo had plenty of room for 5 people (3 kids). We really took advantage of the free tickets, and the kids loved the pool. If you're staying for an extended time or plan on cooking, there are no spices, salt/pepper, or extras. We also did have a bear on the property, which kept us indoors for a bit, but management communicated with us when it was safe to move about again.

The place was gorgeous, clean and very modern. There was so much space and the view was spectacular. We did not want to leave!

In some cases it could have less fancy trimmings and needed more practical things. The condo needed more small trash cans in the bedrooms. I will not rent in this location again unless they do something with the televisions. They had smart tvs and no local channels. We are older people and could not even get the tv in the Master Bedroom to work at all. My son who is up to date on operating his smart tv could not get tv in living room to get but one channel and it would go off and on. I called the number given for problems and the person texted back wasn't anything he could do. When I contacted the lady in the office, she was very nice but said no local tv. I find this a major problem for the safety of the occupants. How are they get news of fire or weather problems in the area. I am also use to checking news and weather every morning so I know how to dress for the day. The covered parking area is very small and scary getting in and out of. The view was wonderful but the person sleeping in the living area on couch needed some way to cover window so not to be wakened by sunlight. The bathrooms also needed some more towel racks to place used towels. Again the lady in the office was extremely nice and did have broken handle on door to balcony fixed when it fell off in my sons hand.

We LOVED everything about it! Impressive views, day & night. The property & the unit was spotless. We could not have asked for better accomodations. Bathrooms, bedrooms, bedding, kitchen utensils, laundry - - everything was 10 out of 10! We will DEFINITELY be back!

We have been waiting for years to return to this spot and vacation once again. The three bedroom condo was plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. It is very open and spacious. The kids loved the pool and fire pit, I loved the well appointed kitchen. I’m so glad The Highlands are back, better than ever!!
