Stayed Nov 8, 2025This entire stay from the very moment I tried booking it was nothing but awful. I WAS DOUBLE BOOKED. I was charged for two condos And only wanted one. I sent texts, emails, and voice messages. IMMEDIATELY once i found out they double charged me. I heard nothing from this so called host. And only after I mentioned contacting an attorney. After several days of messages and calls. They refused to refund my money. I contacted VRBO during all of this. And they tried to message and call the guys. They were not answered. Im going on close to a month now trying to get my money back. The facility is not maintained well. The condo had broken towel racks. Holes in the walls. Filthy nasty dirty bathroom. Dirty linen with pubic hair in it.Taped up beds.( duct tape) The pantries had used expired dairy products that smelled. The kitchen had bugs and even that couldn't be remedied because the hosts were not answering their phones. I'm a retired Marine. I've slept in some awful places. But this place takes the cake! They claim to have a secured community but the gates was open the entire time.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025I could not have asked for a more perfect setting or location for our Thanksgiving trip to spend time with my daughter at Florida Tech. Our host, David, was very attentive. The generosity of his offerings made us feel comfortable and welcome. The directions and instructions we received before-hand were timely, clear, precise, and easily followed. Definitely a 5-STAR stay!

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Overall a nice looking place. Microwave front panel where buttons are is loose. There was supposed to be a key card left for us to use to enter the front door and gate. There was no card left for us. The wifi name provided for that network was not in any of the available networks. I messaged them 3 times and never received a reply. Will definitely never stay here again
