Stayed Nov 28, 2024The property was exactly as described. Very clean and VERY well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies/linens. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we felt secure, especially with the 24/7 guarded gate entrance. Kristy was wonderful with communication and a pleasure to talk to; she was quick with responses to any questions/issues that we had. This will be our first choice of places to stay the next time we are in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024We have stayed in this complex before and have reallly enjoyed it. This suite was just as described and shown in the pics and fitted exactly what we were wanting. Kristy went above and beyond when we had a issue with no phone. Would not hesitate in booking this suite again. Thank you Kristy!

Stayed Jan 2, 2024The second-floor townhome was attractive, comfortable, and provided easy living. Making meals was a breeze because the kitchen was so well-equipped. We even found a waffle iron! There was a pool with a hot tub right below our unit that we would have loved if January had turned out to be warmer. Instead we got our exercise on the 16 pickleball courts at the nearby clubhouse. It was so enjoyable that we're returning for two months next year.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023We have stayed at Desert Falls several times and always enjoy it. This property is exactly as represented and was perfect for the three of us and our dog. Directly above one of the heated pools (pools with even numbers are heated) and the roads inside the development are perfect for scootering and rollerskating! Will return for sure!
