Stayed Sep 6, 2025Beautiful place to stay. Bigger than the pictures told. Loved the outdoor patio. Communal space and rooms were more than enough for 6 people. About a 6 min bike ride / 15 min walk to the beach.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The place worked perfectly for the 6 of us. We rented bikes and it was a quick ride to the beach and Coligny plaza. The pool was a perfect size and a quick walk. The extras in the beach closet were very helpful since we flew. Chairs, beach bocce ball and the beach towels. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We loved it here. The house was super cute, clean and comfortable. A quick 10 minute walk to the beach and also close to restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the air conditioning which was handled promptly and professionally by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Comfortable, spacious unit. Very clean. First floor suite worked well for a mobility-impaired senior. It's 8 minutes walking to the beach at a casual pace (.42 miles on my pedometer app) when cutting through Seascape's parking lot. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and beach equipment. Nice stock of supplies (soaps, paper towels, etc.) to get us started, too. We had a delay in getting our parking passes, but we didn't have a problem without them for the first few days. The management company was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023This was my family’s first time in Hilton Head. The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. The condo had ample space for my family of 5. A little worn here and there but nothing that can’t be easily addressed. The parking spots are a bit tight especially if your neighbors park over the lines. We would stay here again in the future.
