Stayed Nov 12, 2025We had a fabulous beach getaway. The ocean front condo is updated, well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Prompt and friendly communication with Katy, our host, was much appreciated. We would definitely choose to book there again when returning to Sanibel!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The location is excellent. Top floor beach view with the boardwalk access directly below. Parking below the building is very convenient. The condo is updated and spacious. Many commonly needed things are provided as well as books and games for rainy days. There are many restaurants nearby- a quick walk or bike ride or venture further to find more to choose from. The owners were very responsive, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025We realize the hurricane damage is all over the island but progress was ongoing on the property, especially the landscapers. We were glad to be back on Sanibel and support its comeback. Our stay was very pleasant, with the exception of our 8 yo grandson having an appendicitis and having to have surgery at children’s hospital. It put a pall on our last week there.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Everything was absolutely flawless, from arrival through departure. Photos in the listing are accurate, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed, views from the screened patio are excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The place was very nice with great views of the gulf from the porch, living room and master bedroom. The kitchen had pretty much all the kitchen tools and cooking equipment one would need. The complex is still recovering from Hurrican Ian with the landscaping still being done, pools closed, etc. but the path to the beach is right in front of the building this unit is in. The beach chairs and bicycles provided were a great addition. The only thing to take into consideration is it's a third floor walkup (only two floors of units but the building is on stilts high off the ground). The location is great for easy access to getting on and off the Island w/out having to deal with traffic, etc. Two Thumbs Up!

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Our trip was absolutely perfect! The condo was perfect for us but could use some updated furniture and deep cleaning (baseboards, vents, wall decor). The view and location were spectacular. We will definitely stay here again!!
