Luxury Gulf-Front Resort Living with Expansive Terrace

This condo is spacious, well-equipped and the patio is amazing! The patio is huge with gorgeous views of the gulf and sunsets. The condo is roomy with 2.5 baths and 2 bedrooms with comfy beds. The kitchen and furniture are modern and updated. We loved our stay here and other than a few small issues which were addressed, we had no complaints! The host is very helpful and extremely responsive.

We didn’t want to leave! The views can’t be beat. The condo was absolutely spotless and very well appointed yet comfy and relaxing. Everything you need to make a memorable visit. Portofino can’t be beat for an all-around wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate, you want to stay in this condo!

The unit is nice. But there were issues. The refrigerator did not make ice or dispense water. Reported to maintenance never resolved. Several bulbs needed to be replaced, resolved. Also the oven had an error message. Had to reset the breaker for it. The guest bathroom toilet was stopped up and filthy. Reported to maintenance. Maintenance advice that this issue has been reported several times and it was recommended that a plumber come out to fix. Looks like a seal was changed but issue was not resolved. Lastly all of the curtains need to be changed and replaced. They appear to be black out curtains with a plastic/rubber backing facing outside. The plastic/rubber coating is breaking down because of the sunlight and is turning to a powdery substance. If you touch it or rub up against it you are left with a powdery mess on your skin and clothes.

This condo has amazing views of the ocean and a great big multi level porch/deck. The beds are comfy, kitchen and living room big and spacious. This is a great resort to stay at too. A few issues need to be addressed- pictures were of different furniture than shown in the living room, the washing machine and dryer need to be cleaned out had sand and mold in them, master bedroom fan would not turn on and ice maker was broke and didn’t work all week. Those issues aside, it’s a great unit, great views and a great place for vacation.

The condo was just as pictured. Sunsets were amazing. The only thing I would recommend is an outdoor rug on the extended patio. The one that is there is molded.

This was a great property to rent, specifically if you have children. The ONLY downfall was the refrigerator was not cooling properly; however, maintenance brought a replacement very quickly

Condo was great! Lots of space for a family of 5. Extended patio was great for enjoying a meal with a view. It had almost everything we needed. Would have liked more towels and some beach towels. Also more dishwasher soap because could only run it once. Glad I packed some paper plates too. Check in was delayed and happened an hour late. Glad we could use the pool/beach until then. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back.

No instructions for check in/check out process. No welcome packet. Smoke alarm dangling from wires in unit. Induction stovetop requires special use instructions which are not in unit. Grill did not work. Had to call maintenance who showed up 2 1/2 hours later. Terrace was dirty; had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and sticky substance on handrail. Sticky substance on closet floor. Mildew on shower curtain. Renters above our unit threw trash and food on the terrace every day we were there; did not feel safe sitting out there. Rented this unit specifically for the terrace. Washing machine smelled like mildew. Furniture in living room was not what was pictured on the VRBO site. VRBO pictures show Keurig in kitchen. No Keurig.

This is a great place to stay in Pensacola!

Room was not clean. Had to get house keeping to clean. Ceiling fan in master did not work. Room was hot! Sign on door that we could not be on the balcony at certain times due to roof work being done. Was not made aware of this before arrival. Main reason for renting this room was the balcony. Got the extreme adventure package and only 4 jet skis working. Could not use most of the things covered in the package which is expensive for 4 bands. We have been to the Protofino for the last 4 years. This is the first time we have been disappointed.
