Luxury Gated Community in Princeville Resort

Beautiful location!

Everything was wonderful, from the host’s communication to the spacious living space to the breathtaking views of the mountains. This condo is even bigger and nicer than the pictures make it seem. There was more than ample room for us with three adult children, and everything we needed for a fun week on Kauai! Tons of beach equipment available for use (also beach towels.) Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Comfy beds, and everywhere was super clean. Awesome pool and hot tub. We loved our stay!!

It was very comfortable for two couples. A nice big dining room table for puzzles and games at night. Loved the balcony; the view of the mountains was amazing! Great location. Tasty popsicles at Foodland. Loved our dinner at AMA and postcards. Good breakfast and view at Nourish. Had a great trip to Kauai!! Thank you!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing beach access nearby. Hosts provided folding chairs, and other gear for the beach, as well as travel guides. Main bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable. Enjoyed our time there!

We were so impressed with this property!!! Immaculately clean, well-supplied with everything we could ever need, insanely gorgeous views, comfy beds, A/C in the main bedrooms great sleep, and tasteful tropical decor, quiet peaceful neighborhood, I could go on and on. We even found some toys and children’s books for our four year old. So many beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, even some sunscreen for my husband who refused to wear the mineral sunscreen I brought. We absolutely adored this place and are so happy we chose it! We were torn about whether to stay in Princeville or Poipu for my first Kauai experience and I’m so glad we chose this location. The lush Mountain views were everything. We even woke up to a rainbow right outside the balcony on the first and second morning there. Magical!

The home was nice and comfortable for our family of 4. I did not realize the fine print of no a/c in the main living room area but the a/c in the bedroom did ok cooling the home ok. Overall it was a great rental

We are a family of 5 (three teens) and this condo was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures portray. There are two master suites that both have a/c and one queen guest room that had a full bathroom across from it. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had the most gorgeous mountain views and a lovely covered lanai to sit out in. The upper master suite has its own lanai as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, has a nice pool, spa and grill and is in a great location to any North Shore location. We kept the screened windows open and in May it kept the condo comfortable temperature wise. It was nice to have a garage for our car and plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, soft cooler, and beach toys (we didn’t need the toys but there were plenty of toys for kids). We loved our stay in this beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again. The North Shore is just incredibly gorgeous!

This was ideal for my husband /me and our college son and friends . The place was spacious and stocked with everything we needed . There was space for us to have quality time together upstairs as well as for the boys to hang out alone in the basement. It was the perfect layout and the walls are solid so I could sleep while they played cards in the kitchen. The only complaint was the water pressure in the basement shower was minimal. However there is a shower on the main floor . We were so pleased to be able to have beach towels, chairs, etc for the beach as well as a spigot and wash cloths to wash the sand off our feet. I can't say enough great things about this place. It was perfect!

Lovely clean property in a quiet neighborhood, near shops and around the corner from the golf course. Easy access to Hanalei. Mornings on the lanai were beautiful. Equipped with all you will need for a visit to the beach. The pool is OK, not as nice as a resort pool. The property is a bit hilly.If you are looking to visit Kilauea Lighthouse or Ke'e Beach, get online well in advance to check out the rules for reserving your spot. Also some top restaurants in Hanalei like AMA and Bar Acuda take reservations 60 days out and fill up quickly. There are lots of great restaurants in Hanalei. don't miss the Bread Company.

Dry happy with this unit. Would stay here again when we come back to Kauai.

Location was great, close to Hanlei Bay with beaches and shops. We enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and we were so glad to have AC in the two kind size bedrooms. The full bedroom did not have AC but the ceiling fans were powerful.

Two king masters and a roomy double with three complete bathrooms make this a great place for multiple guests. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Absolutely beautiful views and landscaping. On-site hostess was VERY helpful and responded quickly.

This property was fantastic! Beautifully decorated with a modern Hawaiian vibe, it was clean and well-organized, ensuring all the comforts you need. The two master bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, although the smaller room isn’t. The neighborhood is quiet, aside from the local roosters who make themselves heard early in the morning. The condo is conveniently close to a grocery store, numerous restaurants, and local shopping spots. The drive to Hanalei was both short and scenic. We highly recommend this property and are eager to return ourselves.

Perfect location, 10 min drive to several beaches & restaurants. Our teenagers loved having their own room & bathroom. Very clean, great views!

We stayed here with my inlaws and my 20 year old daughter. It was very spacious for us and we all had our own place to retreat to after lots of traveling and activities together.

Beautiful townhome. Good location. Quiet neighborhood (except for the chickens). Awesome view of the mountains.
