Luxury Downtown JB Condo-Designated Parking!

Was a wonderful stay. The loft is absolutely adorable, very clean and very peaceful. Just walk downstairs to several very cute restaurants. The host is wonderful and very nice to deal with. If you are heading to Jonesboro, I strongly suggest a stay.

Janet was superb! She has the perfect location and loft retreat with everything from extra beds/blow up mattress, W/D, very comfy king size mattress, WiFi, excellent TV selections, quick to answer any questions, and an overall dear soul! Will be staying again in the future.

There is no way out of the location with personal car from Friday afternoon to Saturday 10 pm during home games.

This place made for the perfect long term stay. The location is right in the main downtown area with lots of eating options right below and walking distance. The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful condo in downtown Jonesboro, just across the street from Omar’s restaurant. Nicely appointed, comfortable bed and convenient location. Owner was attentive and accommodating!

Nice deck, old style loft with new amenities. Very comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub. Short walk to bars, shopping, restaurants. Very unique. We will be back.

Had to message host for the check in information, this was around 9:30 pm of the date of our arrival. Host said that it probably got filtered to my SPAM account, she immediately sent to the VRBO chat. My spouse and I are NOT familiar with Jonesboro, and this was our first time visiting. It was dark and late by the time we were actually making our way to the residence. Directions were pretty cut and dry, however Main (where you needed to turn) was closed down due to construction. We were not made aware of this. So, trying to find the downtown building (that is in the middle of a closed down street) was an adventure. Finally, my husband pulled over and i got out and walked the street to find the address. Addresses were hit and miss on the businesses doors.We were instructed that we could park in the alley behind the building (didn't know what alley to take to get behind the building). I sent a message to the host, explaining we parked in the free parking lot acroas the street, she just said parking instructions were in her above message. After actually getting in the unit, it looked as the photos were on the website. However, there was a pink pill left on the kitchen counter...which was troublesome. Means the counters were not wiped down. The air return was caked with dust. The ceiling in the bedroom has...i dont know if its ketchup or blood, but it did appear to be cast-off. The wash clothes (2) were white but were grossly stained. We ordered pizza VRBO.

property was as advertised. Too many stairs/steps for our elderly bodies. However it is a good stay.

This is a lovely loft apartment in downtown Jonesboro. It is in an historic part of town with interesting shops and great restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet at night. The apartment is clean and the kitchen well-stocked with dishes and equipment. We definitely would stay here again.

It was exactly what we were hoping for. We were there for a class reunion. We loved the nostalgia of staying in the middle of downtown. It brought back many memories of our childhood!
