Welcome to Phoenix East 1503, a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1,005 sq. ft. of beachfront comfort in Orange Beach, Alabama. With panoramic Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen, and resort-style amenities, this condo is the perfect retreat for families and small groups—sleeping up to 9 guests.

**PLEASE NOTICE-Current construction is ongoing at Phoenix East to repair the balcony walls on stacks 03,04, and 09. At this time the balcony rails are partially wrappedin plastic for protection. Balcony access is not restricted. Estimated completion is June 12, 2026**

Parking: Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email and must be picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo. Not included in reservation cost. $60.00 per pass per stay

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit to be purchased via link sent after booking. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    This unit was clean and had all the essentials and nothing more. The guest queen bed is VERY soft, past its prime. Little touches like a throw or beach chairs would make it much better. I'm anoyed that parking is extra, maybe the listing says that but I didn't catch it. Just charge what you need to charge, ugh. I liked the high, sturdy balcony seating and the direct gulf views but I will never stay at a Phoenix property again as all the balconies seem to be configured the same. You can see into the neighboring balconies on both sides and it is invasive and uncomfortable as they are so very close! You can hear conversation, smell smoking, and borrow a cup of sugar if you need to!

    Unit was mostly good but bed in master bedroom was terrible! Bed was so hard we had to sleep in bunk bed in second bedroom. Mattress must be replaced before I would ever rent again.

    I have no complaints about anything - condo was clean. I went at a different time of year so it was cooler than normal and that was the only drawback which had nothing to do with the room or location. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach a little longer.

    The noise from the roof repair was excruciating allmost every single day.The couch was uncomfortable. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The beds in the other bedroom were great. I liked the tvs. The outdoor furniture and the mirrows in the living room. Beachball tried to makeup for the roof noise and was appreciated but we had 44 days of it and left a day early because we could not stand another day with the noise. I realize it was out of their controll and will rent again with them just not that condo.

    Unit was very clean but very outdated. Plumbing needs lots of work and the floors need to be replaced. Was well stocked with all essentials in kitchen and bedrooms. Would be a very good property with an update and some needed repairs.

    It was good and clean. My only complaint is that the bunk bed is a huge liability. The screws on the backside of it are over an inch coming out. It’s so wobbly because of that and concerned me that my 3 and 5 year old were going to fall. One of the steps going up it is super wobbly too. I did not contact owner about it because I’ve tried contacting beachball property in the past and it’s more of a hassle so we just dealt with it.

    I've never had such a horrible experience with a vacation rental and I have stayed in them for years across various organizations . You are not dealing with a person here. You are dealing with a huge company that does not have time for you. Marijuana smell permeated this rental and I was told by beach ball properties to call the police. Beach ball properties also entered without giving me a warning when I asked for them to do so when there was an issue with the toilet. They are rude and addressed nothing. When I called them they told me that I was threatening them. I was not threatening but I did state that I would need to contact someone about the poor experience. I feel sorry for the person that owns this as I doubt they are alerted to the issues with their rental that they are subcontracting out to beachball.
