Luxury Condo w/ Stunning Gulf Views in Seaside FL + 2 Adult Bikes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Really couldn’t ask for much more in Seaside without being right on the water. The building itself is dated and not a whole lot has been done to hide that fact. The condo was disappointing for the money but I guess we mostly paid for the location. There is plenty of wear and tear with marks on walls and floor and it’s definitely not kept pristine. I would say the worst thing was the cleanliness. There were clumps of hair (not ours), food stains on floor, filthy doors (maybe even a blood stain?, dirty freezer/fridge, water rings on tables, etc. Not what you would expect for the money and I wouldn’t recommend the place overall. Management company employees were friendly and helpful and came right out after we notified them of hot water issue.

And nothing beats the views on the levels, including a roof deck. See all the sunrises and sunsets. It's right on seaside square among all the action so it's easy to get to all the great shops and restaurants, and just across from the beach. There is no assigned parking so during busy times, it can be worrisome to not get a parking spot, but we mostly found one close by. The rental company was very friendly and easy to contact and text. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Musician’s location hands down is in one of the best locations in Seaside. You are feet away from shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has recently been renovated and it is great accommodations for a party of 2 with brand new appliances. However, if you are looking for privacy, this might not be the unit for you. The front door only has 2 of the 3 panes frosted, which means anyone can look directly in at the bed. The second floor is bright with all of the windows, but does not have any blinds or curtains. In the summer time it will be extremely hot, not to mention anyone can look at night. If these areas are taken care of, this is must stay!

We spent a lot of time on the rooftop with the wonderful views! If the unit had a washer/dryer, we would consider another stay, so we suggest more hooks to let things dry out from being at the beach. The opportunity is for the management company to better communicate check-in details: we filled out the pre-arrival information, but no details came until I texted as we were driving to the property. I also texted about some things that were broken (minor - luggage rack and garbage can lid) and had to resend the info on our checkout day. Overall, a great experience and we loved the welcome gift and bike rental vouchers.

There are no mirrors and no closets (1 box sitting on a wall to serve as a closet for all guests better suited for an ironing board). 1 chest of drawers and the deck access is a horizontal door on hinges at the top of stairs - think walking out of a cellar - very awkward if you are over 55-60 to open and close. Contacted property management a couple of times while there - zero response or feedback. I would highly recommend the location, but that would be it. Advertised that it will accommodate 4 - NO WAY. We had 2 guests only and it was very tight. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a place to relax unless you want to get up at 5:41 every single day because there are no blinds. And if it storms - well you can pretend you are in a lighthouse. Same difference. We try to go to Seaside every May. My son had a condo across the court which was awesome. We definitely had condo envy.

The location is perfect for us - right in the heart of Seaside and close to shops and restaurants. Of course it's a quick walk across the street to the beach as well. The interior was very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy. Loved the decor. We will be back to Musician for sure!! Thank you for the welcome bag and bicycle rentals, that was a nice treat!

It is very well decorated and definitely gives Emerald Coast vibes.We do have a couple of critiques...the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, it sloped and my husband had trouble sleeping. And we also wish we would've known it didn't have a w/d. I think that should be in bold print just so you're not surprised to find out you can't do laundry while on vacation.Other than that we had a fantastic time in Seaside! We loved the charm and location of Musician, and we love renting from HomeOwners Collection!

The unit itself was so clean and very cute. We loved the music theme throughout the unit. Comfortably slept 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 kids in the loft. The rooftop terrace was a really unique feature that we put lots of use to during our stay. We had views from every window. What a magical vacation this was for us. We can't wait to come back.
